We were on site and would like to share the most important findings: <\/p><h2 data-start=\"156\" data-end=\"204\">DUO-E Study \u2013 ctDNA as an Important Marker<\/h2><p data-start=\"205\" data-end=\"244\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The <strong data-start=\"4\" data-end=\"20\">DUO-E Study<\/strong> had already shown in 2024 that the combination of chemotherapy, <strong data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"103\">durvalumab<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"108\" data-end=\"120\">olaparib<\/strong> significantly improved disease progression in both mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) and -proficient (pMMR) patients. A current analysis of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) now confirms: <\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"488\"><li data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"286\"><p data-start=\"247\" data-end=\"286\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Patients with <strong data-start=\"17\" data-end=\"49\">high ctDNA levels at baseline<\/strong> have a higher risk of recurrence.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"328\"><p data-start=\"289\" data-end=\"328\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">In all treated women, ctDNA levels decreased more under <span class=\"tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips3\">combination therapy<\/span> compared to chemotherapy alone.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"370\"><p data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"370\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Particularly the addition of <strong data-start=\"25\" data-end=\"39\">durvalumab<\/strong> led to rapid ctDNA reduction and kept it low during the maintenance phase.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"488\"><p data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"488\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The additional administration of <strong data-start=\"25\" data-end=\"37\">olaparib<\/strong> during maintenance had a further positive effect on ctDNA reduction in pMMR patients.<\/span><br data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"413\"\/><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">This shows that the therapy not only delays progression but also demonstrably reduces tumor burden<\/span>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"552\">RUBY Study \u2013 Dostarlimab Plus CTX Confirms Benefit<\/h2><p data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"592\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Extended analyses of the <strong data-start=\"28\" data-end=\"43\">RUBY Study<\/strong> show that the combination of <strong data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"92\">dostarlimab<\/strong> and chemotherapy provides a lasting clinical benefit in both advanced and recurrent endometrial cancer:<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"760\"><li data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"636\"><p data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"636\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The time to first treatment discontinuation (TFST) and overall survival benefit could be extended \u2013 regardless of mismatch status (dMMR or pMMR).<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"760\"><p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"760\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Quality of life did not suffer under immunotherapy either \u2013 on the contrary: patients recovered in comparable time as under standard therapy<\/span>.<br data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"721\"\/><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">This clearly confirms dostarlimab plus chemotherapy as the <strong data-start=\"51\" data-end=\"69\">new standard<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"823\">Phase 2 Study \u2013 Letrozole, Abemaciclib &#038; Metformin<\/h2><p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"1053\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">In a smaller study in estrogen receptor-positive, recurrent endometrial cancer, the combination <strong data-start=\"120\" data-end=\"158\">letrozole + abemaciclib + metformin<\/strong> achieved an <strong data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"199\">objective response rate<\/strong> (= proportion of patients in whom a tumor demonstrably becomes smaller or disappears completely) <strong data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"199\">of 32%<\/strong>. The median time during which the disease did not progress (PFS) was <strong data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"260\">19.4 months<\/strong>, and no patient had to discontinue therapy due to side effects<\/span>.<br data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"906\"\/>This indicates a safe and effective new therapeutic approach \u2013 although coverage by health insurance companies still needs to be reviewed.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1126\">EXPRESSION XI \u2013 Survey Study<\/h2><p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1409\">The <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1155\">EXPRESSION XI Study<\/strong> clearly showed: patients want <strong data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1236\">structured follow-up care programs<\/strong>, especially regarding <strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1285\">nutrition during therapy<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1322\">physical activity afterward<\/strong>. This strengthens the call for targeted lifestyle programs as an integral part of follow-up care. <\/p><h2 data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1455\">Conclusion for Patients &#038; Clinics<\/h2><p data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1517\">The presented studies support key advances:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1984\"><li data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1627\"><p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1627\"><strong data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1530\">DUO-E<\/strong>: Molecular tumor burden can be measured through therapy \u2013 a step toward individualized management.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1752\"><p data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1752\"><strong data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1638\">RUBY<\/strong>: Dostarlimab plus chemotherapy has proven itself as the new standard treatment \u2013 effective and quality-of-life friendly.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1869\"><p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1869\"><strong data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1779\">Letrozole combination<\/strong>: Shows promising activity in ER-positive, recurrent endometrial cancer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1984\"><p data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1984\"><strong data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1894\">Lifestyle programs<\/strong>: Are important for patients and should be more firmly anchored in the healthcare system.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2162\">Despite these developments, there are currently <strong data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2073\">no changes to the guidelines yet<\/strong>.
